EXCHANGES

If you purchased an item(s) from Sneaker-mob.com and want to exchange it for a different color, size or style, you can do so by returning the item(s), within 30 days of receiving the shipment, to the address below with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. Please contact our customer service department prior to returning the item to check availability. Item(s) being sent back for exchange must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached. We will ship the new items to the original ship to address at no extra charge. All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please check availability on Sneaker-mob.com or by emailing service@sneaker-mob.com.

RETURNS

Item(s) purchased from sneaker-mob.com must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Limited edition items and items purchased on sale can not be returned for a refund. To return an item(s) from a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
